Leadership
Training
We value the role students can play in shaping their learning environment. However, they can't do this unsupported. In February,
2011 we ran the first of our official Leadership Training courses to enable willing young people to take the initiative and make things happen.
You can see some pictures from the training sessions in the Picture
Gallery. It is envisaged that students will take up projects such as; running the Phoenix magazine, developing the garden, community volunteering, clubs and activities, lesson feedback, learning development and fund raising. Although, as this
is about Student Leadership, they will, of course, shape their own agenda.
